Randy Duncan, Clinical Manager, CPO,LPO
A native Texan, Randy Duncan, CPO, LPO has been providing orthotic and prosthetic care in north Texas for the last 22 years. Having completed degrees at both Baylor University and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Randy has long been known for creating solutions for medically difficult cases requiring prosthetic and orthotic treatment helping restore people to normal function and participate in life in ways they thought they would never again be able. A true caregiver, Randy is excited about providing innovative solutions through Stability to the people of McKinney and surrounding areas.
Heather Duncan, Chief Financial Officer
Heather is a native Texan who grew up in Richardson and now lives in McKinney. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Business Management. Heather brings 24 years of business management experience to Stability. When she is not working she loves to travel with Randy and their 3 children. But mostly you can find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events. Her family is also active at First United Methodist Church McKinney. She is thrilled to be a part of Stability's company vision by providing quality healthcare to residents of Collin and surrounding counties.
